Our first point of contact together is designed to help me understand what you need from me as a Health Coach. We can discuss how my services could benefit you and it will give you the opportunity to briefly discuss what has been tripping you up. We can explore your readiness to change and a few of your goals. This will help us put together a plan to help you reach optimal health.

Jumpstart Food & Lifestyle Review Package
This option would be for someone who is self-motivated and needs some help getting prioritized and setting goals, but who isn’t looking for extended guidance. This package can be utilized more than once if desired.
Fee - $197 / Review
(1) 75-minute comprehensive initial intake meeting via Zoom.
Review your intake questionnaire you fill out ahead of time,
Discuss your concerns and priorities.
Set attainable short-term 10-day goals and 30-day goals.
Outline specific preparation steps to move forward on short-term goals.
After the initial intake meeting you will receive:
Educational resources via one email.
Specific program action steps via email.
A maximum of 2 follow-up emails for questions.

Deep Dive Package
This package is designed to break down your goals into attainable steps and prepare you to achieve a healthy lifestyle that you’re able to maintain. The focus will be on my platform called The 8 Essentials for Optimal Health with an emphasis on full body revival in mind, body, and spirit.
Fee - $497/mo.
Total Package $1988 for 8 Sessions –Price if paid in full $1888.
(8) 90-minute coaching calls via Zoom. (2 calls per month – typically a 4-month program)

Review your progress, set new goals, brainstorm barrier removal techniques.
Coaching on a specific topic of interest and set coaching agenda.
Assign tasks, homework and testing.

Basic Facial Mapping – Initial & Final Session (Face & Tongue)
After each meeting you will receive:
Educational resources via email & specific program action steps.
Unlimited email support with text check-ins every other week.
*Herbal formulas, organic micronutrient superfoods, and cellular regenerative product protocols will be provided; however, costs will be the clients responsibility.

Rooted Regeneration Transformational Journey Package
This package is designed for the person who has longstanding chronic health issues that will need time to peel back the layers slowly, detoxify the body and regenerate on a cellular level. It requires commitment and a desire to fully focus on the bigger picture of transforming the entire body with an emphasis on the internal terrain and improving the connection between the gut, nervous system and the immune system. Using specific herbal protocols and biohacking products and devices will be a major part of this journey

Total Package $3582 for 12 sessions – Price if paid in full $3482.
